Order preparation
In-stock orders ship within 3–4 business days. You will receive an order confirmation and tracking information when your order ships.
U.S. shipping
Free U.S. standard shipping. Express available at checkout.
Standard shipping is estimated to take 3–5 business days after dispatch. Express shipping costs $15 and is estimated to take 1–2 business days after dispatch. These transit estimates are in addition to order preparation time; express shipping does not shorten preparation time.
Preorders
Ocean Katar is a preorder expected to ship October 16, 2026. Transit time begins after dispatch, not on the date you place the preorder. Adding an in-stock item or choosing express shipping does not bring the preorder dispatch date forward.
The estimated dispatch date is shown on the applicable product page. If it changes, CANTEERIUS will contact you with the revised date and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped preorder for a full refund.
Mixed preorder and in-stock orders
In-stock items ship within 3–4 business days. Ocean Katar ships separately, with dispatch expected October 16, 2026. There is no additional U.S. standard-shipping charge.
Canada
Standard shipping costs $21, with an estimated transit time of 5–20 business days after dispatch. Express shipping costs $30, with an estimated transit time of 2–5 business days after dispatch. Preparation time is additional. Any applicable duties or import charges are not included in these shipping rates.
Delivery estimates
Transit times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Address changes
Please check your address before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. An address change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Delayed or missing packages
If tracking stops updating or your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment with the carrier.
