Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please email canteerius@gmail.com or use our contact form as soon as you notice the issue. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue.
We will review the information and contact you with the next steps and available resolution. Please contact us before sending a damaged item back so we can provide the appropriate instructions. The normal return-shipping rules below concern returns of items received in their original condition; contact us separately for damaged-arrival support.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Condition
Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition.
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please pack your return securely in its original packaging to protect the sculptural details. We recommend a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment.
